Shipping policy

Our standard shipping policy is a 5-7 business day delivery time. All packages are shipped in discreet packaging for your privacy.

 

Please note that due to increased demand, shipping for X-Pole products may take up to 15 business days. Shipping for X-Poles is a flat rate of $40 per pole.

 

In the event that your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates. There will be no additional charges for split shipments.

 

If your package is delayed, please contact the courier (USPS/UPS) provided in your shipping email. Sexy Lingerie and Things will not refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages.

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, abandoned, or refused packages, and no refund will be issued for these cases.
